EMRHA 2026 Annual Meeting Announcement:

Frenchtown Fire Station, Sun. Jan 25th at 2pm

All current Elk Meadows HOA Members are welcome!

 

We will be discussing and voting on approval of the 2026 budget as well as voting for two board members for two–year terms. Our current EMRHA volunteer board is listed below in the orange box.

 

This year, we are asking all HOA members to provide their current contact information on their ballots. This is needed to contact folks in case of problems that will affect them such as utility outages, roadwork, etc.

 

If you cannot attend the meeting in-person, please complete your ballot and return it right away! All mail-in ballots will be accepted through January 31st!

What is the Elk Meadows Ranchettes Homeowners Association (EMRHA)?

 

It's all of us, and we all have agreed to abide by the Elk Meadows Covenants as part of our purchase of our properties.

 

The Homeowners Association (HOA) is run by an elected Board of Directors, who are all volunteers. They are governed by a set of Bylaws.

 

Members of the Board are elected at the annual meeting and are volunteers, each serving a two-year term.
