EMRHA 2026 Annual Meeting Announcement:

 

The board held a special second annual meeting for vote tabulation.  We were a few votes short of a quorum at our first meeting, so the second meeting was needed.  We had a 37 ballots returned and the votes were as follows:

 

2026 Budget:

36 votes for, 1 vote against

 

Board Members:

35 votes for Mitch Dalby

36 votes for John Wellons

What is the Elk Meadows Ranchettes Homeowners Association (EMRHA)?

 

It's all of us, and we all have agreed to abide by the Elk Meadows Covenants as part of our purchase of our properties.

 

The Homeowners Association (HOA) is run by an elected Board of Directors, who are all volunteers. They are governed by a set of Bylaws.

 

Members of the Board are elected at the annual meeting and are volunteers, each serving a two-year term.
